HOW WE GRADE
Meatworks of Kansas uses the Meat Image Japan camera system (MIJ) to grade beef for all clients. This allows for a consistent grade across all carcasses. When you process with us, you'll receive grading results along with full carcass data 48 hours after harvest. This carcass data can be used to help make future decisions on your genetics, feed programs, etc.
